Hotel accommodations are provided at The Westin Arlington for registered attendees of the Viscadia Forecasting Workshop.
Viscadia will cover hotel accommodations for the nights of October 6 and October 7 only. Any additional nights outside of these dates will be the responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel arrangements will be coordinated by Viscadia based on the information submitted during registration. Please indicate your intended arrival and departure dates on the registration form so accommodations can be properly arranged.
Travel
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own airfare and ground transportation.
The most convenient airports for travel to Arlington are:
Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
Both airports offer easy access to Arlington via taxi, Rideshare, and the Metro.
If you plan to extend your stay beyond the Workshop dates, additional nights will be at your own expense and subject to hotel availability. Any charges associated with extended stays will be handled directly with the hotel at check-in.
