About the Forecasting Workshop
Viscadia’s Forecasting Workshop is a focused, in-person experience designed for professionals
who rely on forecasts to guide business decisions.
Led by Viscadia’s forecasting specialists, the workshop centers on how forecasts are built, interpreted, and applied in real-world scenarios. Sessions are structured to move beyond theory, with an emphasis on practical application, decision-making context, and the challenges teams face when translating forecasts into action.
Attendees will engage in a mix of expert-led sessions and peer discussion, gaining perspective on how to evaluate inputs, align cross-functional stakeholders, and use forecasts more effectively to support planning and investment decisions.
