About the Forecasting Workshop
Viscadia's Forecasting Workshop is an immersive, in-person experience designed for professionals who rely on forecasts to make critical business decisions. Whether you build forecasts, interpret results, or use them to guide commercial strategy, this workshop provides a practical understanding of how high-quality forecasts are developed, challenged, and applied across the product lifecycle.
Led by Viscadia's forecasting experts, the workshop follows the natural progression of the forecasting process. You'll explore the inputs that shape a credible forecast, learn how models are designed across different stages of an asset's lifecycle, and work through the real-world challenges organizations face when communicating forecasts and making strategic decisions.
Through expert-led sessions, case studies, interactive discussions, and peer collaboration, you'll gain practical insights that extend beyond methodology. The workshop concludes with an exploration of how artificial intelligence is influencing forecasting today, including where it adds value and where human expertise remains essential.
Whether you're an experienced forecaster or a cross-functional leader who depends on forecasting to guide planning and investment decisions, you'll leave with practical frameworks, new perspectives, and valuable connections with peers facing similar challenges.
